Focus areas also cover energy security, infrastructure, innovation, research and development, and next-gen reforms, ensuring a holistic approach to national progress.

Sitharaman introduces four pillars: support for the poor, women, youth, and farmers, with targeted schemes and initiatives to uplift these vital sections of society.

A central outlay of Rs 2 lakh crore aims to facilitate employment and skilling opportunities for 4.1 crore youth over five years, enhancing their future prospects.

Rs 1.48 lakh crore is allocated for education, employment, and skilling, reinforcing the government's commitment to building a strong, educated workforce.

The PM Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana is extended for five years, benefiting 80 crore people, while new high-yielding, climate-resilient seeds will boost agricultural productivity.

The government will reduce the turnover threshold for MSME buyers on TReDS platform from Rs 500 crore to Rs 250 crore, easing credit access and promoting business growth.

Sitharaman announces Rs 2.66 lakh crore for rural development and a credit guarantee scheme for MSMEs, facilitating term loans without collateral to support small businesses.
