  4. Select & click the CPN link to make the payment whatever you want. If you do not exactly remember the number, then the “Search-by-Date” option will be used
  5. Opt for the e-Payment option. After that, you have two payment options.

There are two types of e-payment options: One is using a Credit or Debit Card, and the second is through Net Banking. 

  • If you would like to make an electronic payment using Credit or Debit Cards, follow the steps outlined below:

  3. Click the “Make Payment” button.
  • If you want to make an e-payment via Net Banking, follow the steps outlined below:

  3. Choose cash, check, or search for drafts as a type of metal
  4. Generate your challan, then
  5. Publish challan and go to your bank
  6. Pay in cash, check, or claim draft during the challan eligibility period
  7. Payment status will be reviewed in the GST Registration Process after bank confirmation.

What is “Over the Counter”? 

If the GST charge is less than ₹10,000, payments can be made over the counter (OTC). Cash, Check, or Debt settlement are all acceptable payment methods (DD). 

In the case of RTGS mode: –

  1. Select RTGS as the payment method from the Payment Methods tab
  2. Select the name of the withdrawal bank from the Payment Bank drop-down list
  3. Generate your challan
  4. Publish challan and go to your bank. The authorization form will be made at the same time
  5. Pay using a check with your account with the selected bank or branch. You can also pay using the account debit area
  6. The bank will do the job, and the RBI will confirm you within two hours
  7. Payment will be reviewed in the Electronic Cash account in small installments.

Once the payment for GST is made, you will be redirected to the Net Banking website of the selected bank. The payment amount is displayed on the bank’s website. What is The GST Payment Termination Deadline? 

GST payment time limit should be calculated from the challan production date. Although offline payments can be made within 15 days after challan production, online payments should be made immediately.
