Step 1: Visit the official website using the link: (https://edistrict.delhigovt.nic.in/

Step 2: On the homepage, under ‘Citizens Corner,’ find the options for New User and Registered Users Login. If you are using the services for the first time, click on the New User link.

Step 3: Clicking on the New User tab will redirect you to the Citizen Registration Form. Here you will be required to provide details regarding the document type and choose a government-issued identity document such as UIDAI Aadhar Card or Voter ID Card. 

Step 4: After selecting the document type and entering the document number, input the displayed CAPTCHA. If needed, you can refresh the captcha by clicking on the refresh button.

Step 5: After submitting the captcha, the registration form will appear. Fill in the required details, and then press the “Continue to Register” button.

Upon completing the registration form, your user ID and password will be sent to your registered email and mobile number. Keep these details handy for future access to the e-District Delhi Service Portal.

For Returning Users – How to Log In and Fill In the Required Application?

Step 1: On the homepage, access the official website, and click on “Registered User Login.” This will lead you to the citizen login form.

Step 2: On the login page, provide the following details for registered users:

  • Password

After filling in the details, click on the “Login” button.

Step 1 – On the homepage, in the top right corner, find the list of services and click on “Track Your Application.”

Step 2 – Provide the following details on the tracking page:

  • Applied For
  • Application Number
  • Applicant Name
  • Captcha

Step 3 – Click the search button after filling in the details correctly.
