How to Register a Company in Hyderabad

  1. First and foremost, the entrepreneurs must meet with a legal expert and explain all their requirements to them. The legal team will then advise the entrepreneurs on the best incorporation strategy, along with what structure to incorporate as. They will also help the team understand what other licenses, certifications and registration they will have to complete to start their operations in Hyderabad.
  2. Once the team is aware of what structure they want to incorporate as they must go through company naming guidelines. Afterwards, they must decide on what they want their company to be called. This will involve creating a Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association in the prescribed format. Additionally, the subscriber must digitally sign these documents for authorisation and validation. 
  5. Once all the documents are in order, the team can file for incorporation via the SPICe portal by uploading all the required documents and paying the processing fees. The RoC will then verify all the details and documents provided, and if satisfied, will grant the business a Certificate of Incorporation. The company will also receive a Corporate Identity Number which will help it file returns and other documents.
