To view the market value of applicable land,  click on the option given on the portal for ‘Market value of the land.’

Step 2:

Fill the details required and related to land in the space provided and click on the “Display Market Value” button.

Property Registration Process:

The steps to register the property are as follows:

Step 1:

Visit the link 

Click on e-Requisition Form Filing to move further in the property registration process

Step 2:

Fill the e-form for assessment of market value, stamp duty, and registration fees.

Step 3:

E-assessment slip and the mutation fee payable comes up where you need to make the E-Payment of Stamp duty and Registration Fee

Step 4:

Make the payment for stamp duty and registration fee for that input query number and query year

Step 5:

Select the “Check query status” button which says – 

“e-Appointment for the presentation of Deed”

Step 6:

Input query number and query year and click on the “Submit” button.

Step 7:

A token shows up at the Register Office stated by the West Bengal property registration authority

“Presentation of Deed”
Step 8:

The applicant needs to produce the Deed at proper registration offices in addition to the e-Assessment slip, proof of payment, token for the queue, etc. before the designated registration officer.

Step 9:

After this, the system will register the provided details and the total number of pages of Deed in addition to the number of impressed stamp papers.

Step 10:

Serial number deed will reflect on the screen

Step 11:

Perform e-payment and documents applicant photo, fingerprint, and signature.

Deed Approval
Step 12:

Scan the Deed for verification, and the concerned authority (registration officer) will approve it with a digitally signed signature.

Step 13:
