  • Proof of Identity of Applicant ( copy of Driving Licence, Passport, Aadhar Card, PAN Card) (

  • Opt for either individual or organization as registration procedure type
  • Register your mobile number with the website, and verify it using OTP for registration
  • Furthermore, provide the website with your email ID and other personal details
  • Moreover, check the authorization email from your inbox and verify your account through the verification tab
  • Next, log onto the website using your newly created ID and password
  • From the homepage, head to the section for New Registration of Shops and Establishment
  • Choose Registration – Form A, fill it and then submit
  • You can also check the status of your application, using a unique application number you will receive
  • Next, Upload all the supporting documents required
  • From the status tab, go to the payment option
