What is the Digital Gujarat Scholarship Scheme?

Education is an integral part of all our lives, as it decides what we make of life. However, due to stifling poverty, countless people in India, still do not get an opportunity to get a good education. To reduce the ill-effects of poverty, and to give these people a better opportunity at life, our government is doing all it can to raise awareness regarding the importance of education. Since education can be considered as a basic right, governments across India are doing all they can to encourage more and more students to take up studies more seriously.

However, most students end up dropping out after their schooling, as they cannot afford to go to college. Gujarat is surging ahead in terms of development and has been focusing a lot of education in the last few years. The government formulated the Digital Gujarat Scholarships to make education more accessible for people from lower strata of society.
