Hon’ble Prime Minister has visualized ‘Make In India’ at the national level under which various state governments like Chattisgarh have given a centre stage to ‘Make in Chhattisgarh.’ Various policies have been introduced. One of them is the E-district portal by the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DEITY) which holds the purpose of providing G2G services to the citizens. The E-district portal offers hassle-free services to the citizen by the district administration at a fast pace through digitization.

Let’s take a look on the E-District portal of Chhattisgarh:

Certificate Services:

The district E-portal provides the facility to the residents to apply for the following certificates easily:

  • Domicile certificate
  • Birth registration and certificate

Revenue Services:

Through these services, citizen can apply for various revenue related applications which are as follows:

  • Revenue Services (for the lease no-objection certificate)
  • Revenue Services (for renewal lease)
  • Revenue Services (less than five lakhs)
  • Revenue Services (for agricultural land/convert farmer’s book)
  • Revenue Services (for lease transfer)

  • For duplication (land documents etc.)

  •  The license under Chhattisgarh Kerosene Merchant License Order 1979

REGISTRATION – Chattisgarh e-District Portal

Registration and login services comprise of three different aspects :

  1. Lok Seva Kendra login
  2. Government login
  3. Citizen login

Registration on the Chattisgarh e-district portal for citizen comprises of few easy steps: 

  • STEP 1:

One needs to visit the official website of e-district portal https://edistrict.cgstate.gov.in/PACE/login.do?lang=en

  • STEP 2:

 Click on the Services option from the dashboard.

  • STEP 3:

Select the required service Certificate/Legal/Revenue according to your requirements.

  • STEP 4:

   After selecting the service option, the list of certificates will be displayed.

  • STEP 5:

Click on the required certificate.

  • STEP 6:

After selecting the certificate, one needs to login/register on the portal.

  • STEP 7:

 If not registered before the registration process needs to be done. Click on Registration.

  • STEP 8:

Complete the required details and log in again on the portal.

  • STEP 9:

Apply for a required certificate by clicking on the registration and certificate option.

  • STEP 10:

Fill the details and upload the required documents.

After submission, the user will receive an acknowledgement in the form of the reference number.

TRACKING OF APPLICATION -Chattisgarh e-District Portal

One can check the application status by clicking on ‘TRACK’ in the dashboard Window  

will open where one has to enter the application number to check the status of their application.

OTHERS:

 To apply on the e-district portal, one can also download the Mobile App for the same from the Google Play Store or the Apple Store.  Various user manuals are available on the official website to guide the citizen and make them aware and clear about their requirement.
